Free Shipping Eligibility

Free shipping is available for UK orders over £50.00, using our standard 2-4 working day service.

Out of Stock Items

If any item in your order is unavailable, this may cause a delay in shipping. We'll proactively contact you about any such issues. In case your order is placed on back order and you urgently require the available items, please reach out to our team. We're committed to assisting you as efficiently as possible.

What if I miss my delivery?

  1. Two Delivery Attempts: Our courier will attempt to deliver your items twice.
  2. Contact for Guidance: We may be contacted by the courier for further instructions if needed.
  3. Return on Repeated Misses: If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, your items will be returned to our warehouse.
  4. Resending Options: Once back with us, you can choose to:
    • Resend: Pay £4.99 for standard shipping for another delivery attempt.
    • Refund: Opt for a refund, with the original shipping cost deducted.
